Frequently asked questions
Is thermal imaging included with H30?
No. Thermal imaging is part of H30T, with a 1,280 x 1,024 infrared camera. H30 has wide, zoom, laser and NIR modules.
Which aircraft carry the H30 Series?
The Matrice 400, Matrice 350 RTK and Matrice 300 RTK are supported; the M300 RTK requires DJI RC Plus. The aircraft is separate.
Can I rely on the full 3,000 m laser range?
No. 3-3,000 m is the measuring range. Typical ranges are lower on common targets (2,000 m for grassland and 1,700 m for road surfaces), and rain, fog and target shape reduce it.
What is the ingress protection rating?
IP54 under controlled laboratory conditions. The rating is not permanent and can decrease with wear.
