02Enquiries and order confirmation
Submitting an enquiry, choosing a setup or adding equipment to an enquiry cart does not create an accepted order or reserve stock. MIRS needs to confirm the model, package, quantity, availability, destination and purchasing terms. An acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request, not acceptance of a sale.
Before committing to a purchase, review the written offer and acceptance instructions. The final order acceptance, payment and cancellation process will be provided before payment is requested.
03Prices and the total payable
Reference prices and converted display amounts are guidance unless clearly identified as an approved MIRS selling price. A reference price does not establish availability or delivered cost. The confirmed offer must identify the currency, product price, delivery and applicable taxes or duties, together with other unavoidable charges.
Charges that cannot yet be calculated should be clearly identified before you commit. Optional extras should be an explicit choice. Do not assume delivery or import charges are included unless the offer says so.
04Product information and packages
Check the selected model and package list. Regional packages, optional accessories and licences can differ. Photos may show an application or configuration; only expressly listed items form part of your purchase. Material differences should be resolved before acceptance.
05Compatibility and lawful operation
Tell MIRS about the intended aircraft, payload, software and destination when asking for guidance. Customers remain responsible for required registration, licences, permits and operational approvals. A listing or delivery assessment is not permission to use regulated equipment.
06Delivery and after-sales terms
Read the delivery, returns and warranty drafts alongside the confirmed offer. Product-specific conditions should be disclosed before purchase. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07Corrections and questions
Contact MIRS before proceeding if a description, price or offer appears incorrect. Material corrections should be explained before a purchase is accepted. Updated drafts do not retrospectively replace an existing accepted order's terms.
