Warranty arrangements vary by product, component, destination and provider. Before purchase, the offer should identify the provider, duration, coverage, exclusions and claim route. A listing does not establish universal coverage or worldwide service eligibility.
02Starting a support request
Contact MIRS with the reference, model, serial number and issue. Photos, error messages or diagnostic details may help. Do not include passwords or unrelated personal information. MIRS can assess the request and identify next steps once the service arrangements are confirmed.
03Assessment and safe handling
An assessment may distinguish a product defect from accidental damage, wear or an operating issue. Coverage depends on applicable terms; exclusions should not be assumed without assessment. Stop using unsafe equipment and ask for instructions before repair or shipping.
04Repair locations and transport
Repair location, transport responsibility, chargeable assessment and estimated turnaround should be explained for the request. Overseas delivery does not automatically provide a local service centre. Battery and damaged-equipment transport need an approved method.
05Optional protection and software support
Optional protection plans, service agreements and subscriptions are separate from the product warranty. Do not assume inclusion unless expressly listed. Eligibility, activation, term and claim conditions should be confirmed before purchase or renewal.
06Your legal rights
Manufacturer or service-provider warranties operate alongside applicable legal rights. An extended plan is not a requirement for a statutory claim. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
