Each option is a single-payload package: the gimbal and camera, a 32 GB SanDisk Extreme microSD card, a storage case and a lens cleaning cloth. The Worry-Free Plus combo lists the same four items. No aircraft, controller or battery is included. The H20 Series is supported on Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK, not on Matrice 400 or Matrice 30.

What is the difference between H20 and H20T?
Both combine a 12 MP wide camera, a 20 MP zoom camera and a laser rangefinder. H20T adds a 640 x 512 radiometric thermal camera and weighs 828 g against 678 g.
Which aircraft support the H20 Series?
The H20 Series is supported on Matrice 300 RTK and Matrice 350 RTK. It is not supported on Matrice 400, which uses the L3, H30, H30T, L2 and P1 payloads, and it does not fit the Matrice 30, which has an integrated camera.
Does the package include an aircraft?
No. The package is the payload, a 32 GB microSD card, a storage case and a lens cleaning cloth.
What is the ingress protection rating?
IP44, lower than the IP54 of the newer H30 Series and L2, so plan weather limits accordingly.
