Can this be flown on a single battery?
A single-battery mode exists for emergency use only. The stated single-battery figures are half the dual-battery figures at the same takeoff weight, so it is not a planning configuration.
Is the 85 kg payload figure guaranteed for my mission?
No. It is a headline figure for the dual-battery configuration. Takeoff weight, distance, temperature and altitude all change what is achievable, and the maximum takeoff weight is lower in some countries. MIRS reviews the real mission before quoting.
Does it include the cargo box, winch or lifting system?
The exact contents depend on the configuration and region. MIRS confirms the carrying system, batteries and charger in the quotation rather than assuming a package.
