01Who this notice covers

This draft covers the MIRS Drone Store operated by MIRS Innovate Pte. Ltd. It describes information provided through this store, including product enquiries, accounts and approved orders. Other MIRS websites and external services may have their own privacy notices.

02Information you provide

An enquiry can include your name, email, phone number, company, country, destination, equipment selection and message. These details help MIRS review and respond to your request. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or identity documents.

  • Account records can include your email and information associated with your account.
  • When order services are enabled, delivery and order records may include recipient details, addresses, purchased items and payment status.
  • Your browser remembers product selections, recently viewed items and preferences. Signed-in cart and favourites can also synchronise with your account.

03How information is used

The proposed purposes are to answer enquiries, assess compatibility and destination requirements, administer accounts, process approved orders, provide support and keep records needed for legal or business purposes. Service messages, such as enquiry acknowledgements and delivery updates, are separate from marketing.

  • Product news is optional. Leaving the marketing box unchecked does not prevent an enquiry.
  • You can ask to withdraw marketing consent. Withdrawal does not cancel messages necessary for an ongoing request or order.
  • Any new use requiring consent should be explained before that use begins.

04Who may receive information

Only information needed for the relevant task should be shared with authorised staff and service providers, such as hosting, email, account, payment and delivery services. Organisations arranging approved dispatch, transport, customs clearance or warranty support may need recipient and equipment details. Information may also need to be disclosed where required by law.

Service information is not permission for another organisation to market to you. The provider list and access arrangements must be verified before this policy is finalised.

05International handling

International fulfilment may require information to be handled outside Singapore. Before enabling those arrangements, MIRS needs to verify the recipients, purposes and safeguards required for overseas transfers under applicable data protection law. This draft does not confirm that those safeguards are already in place.

06Security and retention

The intended approach is to restrict access to people and services that need the information and apply appropriate safeguards. Information should be kept only while needed for its purpose or a legal or business requirement, then securely deleted or anonymised. Retention schedules, provider controls and incident procedures remain subject to operational review.

07Your choices and requests

Contact MIRS to ask about information held about you, request access or correction, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern, subject to applicable requirements and exceptions. Describe your request using the privacy contact below. Proportionate identity verification may be needed; do not send identity documents unless a secure method has been agreed.

Withdrawal may affect a service that depends on the information. Any consequences and request procedures should be explained to you. The designated data protection contact and request-handling process must be confirmed before launch.

08Browser storage and external media

See the Cookie Notice for browser storage, account cookies and third-party video playback. Opening external websites or playing embedded media can involve processing by that service under its own notice. This draft does not replace those notices.
